Return Policy
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days for items that are unopened, unused and seals are intact. Products must be in their original packaging.  
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once
processed, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment
method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time
for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 
Note: We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for products returned due to skin irritation. We stand by the quality of the products we sell, but certain ingredients (e.g. retinol, glycolic or salicylic acid) may cause irritation to very sensitive skin. To help you avoid irritation or allergic reaction, a full ingredient list is displayed on each product page. We are happy to help you decide what products are best for your skin.
